Serving up cold brews, good tunes, and country cookin'
With his songs about taking it easy (by partying hard), singer/songwriter Jason Styles quickly rose to the top of Downtown City’s country music scene. Jason’s first hit “Shave Ice Paradise (Country Chillin’)” was a modest success, but it was the B-side anthem about a South Carolina beergarden that made him a star. “Beergarden of Eden” was an instant hit, propeling Jason into the hearts, and soon stomachs, of music fans everywhere.
Jason, a lifelong fan of Jimmy Buffett’s “Margaritaville” restaurants, saw the potential for a chain of “Beergarden of Eden” themed eateries. The flagship location was an overnoon success and the brand quickly grew to six Downtown City locations.
A “Cheeseburger in Paradise”-like fast casual sister brand was a natural fit for Styles Restaurants LLP and Jason soon launched the upscale quick service shave ice stand “Shave Ice Paradise,” with locations in at least two states.

The single that launched a restaurant empire.
